OUR BACKGROUND
In June 2007 Dean and Susan Mitchell of Fresh Art & Design purchased
the design business of James Ireland, currently the only designer to receive The National Magazine Awards Foundation - Award for Outstanding Achievement. This talented group of communication
and design experts create in a studio on Adelaide Street East in
downtown Toronto. Creative Director Dean Mitchell is a well-respected
editorial art director, having designed and redesigned publications ranging
from TV Guide to Flare Magazine. His partner, Susan Mitchell, Studio
Manager, brings her organization and management skills to the group,
as well as her own eye for design.
